As a Call Center Agent, you will answer inbound calls for reservations and flight changes, promote Transat products, and guide customers on Transat websites. This role requires excellent listening skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.

To be considered for this role, Incumbents must have exceptional customer service skills, proficiency in various computer systems and applications. Bilingualism (English/French) is an advantage, Transat also offers jobs in French only.
