The incumbent will be accountable for the daily maintenance and cleaning of the installations as indicated in his/her specific tasks description.

Duties and Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

• Performs general cleaning of installations,

• Cleans of interior and exterior windows,

• Handles boxes and furniture,

• Carries out repairs on the installations,

• Provides assistance during certain activities when asked by the superior,

• Performs any other related tasks according to a pre-established working schedule.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent;

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in facilities maintenance;

• Ability to lift up to 20 kgs;

• Autonomous and responsible;

• Interpersonal skills;

• Good attendance, punctuality and discretion;

• Bilingual French and English.
