Digital and Marketing Operations Manager
we are now recruiting for the role of Digital and Marketing Operations Manager.
In this role, you will manage the team that executes the day to day Digital and Marketing Operations activities including post campaign reporting. Monitors closely the day to day Digital and Marketing campaigns’ timelines and deliverables of the assigned region ensuring that the team is aligned with the established processes and timelines and provides regular tracking and reports to the leadership teams in the Regions and Head Office. Ensures adherence with policies and procedures set by Head Office, and initiates training when required.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Work with Managers Digital and Marketing across the regions to execute the plans of critical end-to-end B2B & B2C Campaign briefs, timelines and deliverables (for the assigned region) - from budgeting, creative assets development, post campaign and tracking reports
Work with Managers Digital and Marketing across the regions to support the stations (for assigned region) with adhoc campaigns (Such as New Destinations/Launches/Inaugurals, Global Sponsorship activations, Global & Regional PR Event, Qatar National Tourism Council QTCB activities) and all required B2B and B2C campaign assets. Support the assigned region on executing the planned and adhoc Public Relations/Corporate Communications requests and specific assets required such as New Destinations, Inaugural event launch, Global Sponsorships
Monitor and maintains a master campaign calendar planner of all campaigns and activities for region to identify any gaps and prevents any overlaps.
Manage the operational execution and ensure the successful employment of all B2B & B2C campaigns’ deliverables across channels including offline marketing channels and digital paid,owned and earned for the assigned region. Execute effective digital and marketing operations as well as deliver standardized reports based on clearly set KPIs and metrics for all B2B & B2C campaigns.
Track closely the campaign performance trends of each channel with the help of comprehensive dashboards and campaign performance tracking tools, to provide and share the campaign performance status with Marketing Management team to assist Digital and Marketing Manager in designing future campaigns.
Cascade, communicate and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for regional campaign requirements, including localisation processes that deliver regionalised inputs to ensure relevance to the market context
Delegate activities to the team to ensure timely and efficient implementation and execution for all B2B & B2C campaigns / activities’ deliverables aimed at driving brand awareness, corporate & leisure revenues as well sales via QR.com and all related platforms for the assigned region.
Identify gaps in the Digital and Marketing Campaign processes and systems (such as Galaxy, Sharepoint, Adobe, Google Analytics) to optimize workflows and automation tools which facilitates scalability, predictability, and efficiency of all B2B & B2C Campaign processes within the assigned region
Support the Head of Digital and Marketing in monitoring of assigned operating budget for the assigned region and ensure achieving the agreed B2B & B2C campaign KPIs and budget.
Maintain strong awareness of new and emerging digital / automation tools within the assigned region and propose where appropriate to improve Digital Direct penetration and Loyalty.
Maintain daily interactions with Digital and Marketing teams, Head Office stakeholders in Pricing, Loyalty, CRM, Marketing (Commercial Marketing, Creative Services), Digital Direct and all other relevant departments
Responsible to review all B2B & B2C campaign assets to ensure the compliant with Qatar Airways’ brand guidelines and standards
Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience
Strong experience required in Marketing as well as Digital
Previous positions in a managerial Marketing role is required.
Previous experience in Digital marketing is essential
Experience in corporate business acquisition, partnerships and Loyalty marketing is required
Overall Marketing fundamentals including Brand awareness techniques
Loyalty marketing techniques

Strategic thinking
Digital marketing techniques and advanced Mar-tech knowledge
In depth knowledge of all digital channels and sub-channels
Expertise in Acquisition, Converstion and Retention techniques
Expertise in all digital tracking and monitoring aspects as well as reporting tools
Command of English language
Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
