    Account Manager, Loyalty Partnerships

    ​This job is a member of the Marketing & Loyalty Team within the Marketing & Loyalty Division. Responsible for ​driving value to American through developing and managing partnerships with third party companies.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Researches industry trends and competitive landscapes for each partner vertical

    • Develops annual marketing plans for specific partners

    • Monitors campaign performance at a partner level to meet relationship expectations

    • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign execution and streamline processes

    • Creates campaign performance reports for partners


    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training­

    • 1 year experience in marketing or project management

    • 1 year relationship management

    • Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    • Ability to conduct one-on-one meetings with external companies

    • Knowledge of the development of annual marketing plans
