Job Description
Accurately monitor and process refunds, commissions, invoices, and promotions with effective loss prevention procedures. Collect funds from customers' outstanding accounts while positively promoting Delta Vacations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Enter, update, monitor, and report promotional certificates and promotion discounts. Apply promotional discounts ensuring that the conditions for the promotion are met.
Verify and send refund and commission checks.
Enter and record invoices for in-house account receivables.
Contact customers and travel agencies regarding past due receivable accounts and send past due account statements.
File and monitor payment statements and contact accounts as needed.
Research credit card disputes and contact customers to collect payments as appropriate.
Monitor travel agency closings and analyze payment ability.
Work with collection agencies and update accounts as payments are received.
Process, update, and refund credit vouchers as needed.
Process credit card transmissions and acknowledgements.
Job Requirements
1 year DLV Reservations experience required.
Knowledge of DLV Inc.’s programs, policies, procedures and reservations systems required.
Must demonstrate strong customer service skills and judgment with the ability to effectively and professionally communicate to management, staff and customers.
Knowledge of the PC including MS Word and Excel helpful with accurate keyboarding skills required.
Strong mathematical aptitude required.
Proven reliable and committed by maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation and goal attainment.

High School diploma, GED or High School Equivalency
Travel certificate and/or degree helpful..
