Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure accurate & timely processing of front-line station staffing requests in accordance with AA and labor union guidelines
Maintain up-to-date and accurate transfer, recall, and employee status information
Play a key role in the design and efforts to automate current processes
Collaborate with other members of the Talent Team and our RPO partners on daily updates regarding filling of vacancies
Manages positive transfer experience with any questions that team member or the station may have throughout the process
Liaison to managers and station administrators with Workforce Planning, Labor, People Business Partners and Legal
Communicate with team members from EDM, Payroll and Workbrain to resolve any discrepancies to allow for a quick resolution
Participate in meetings and workshops to improve the overall employee transfer experience
Some travel may be required, up to 25%
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent training/experience
2 years of experience in human resources or in an analytical role with high attention to detail
Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with all levels of management
Ability to interpret, understand, and apply complex labor contracts
Excellent teamwork skills, with proven ability to work effectively in a variety of situations
Excellent customer service and resolution skills
Prior experience with SuccessFactors or other large enterprise ATS systems
Knowledge of ATAB, Sharp, Sabre, Oracle, Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint
Knowledge of CWA/IBT and TWU/IAM contracts
Airline experience
