This job is a member of the Revenue Accounting Team within the Finance Division. Responsible for performing general accounting tasks for the Revenue Accounting function, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and practices.

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

Prepares and reviews journal entries to support month-end close
Prepares and reviews reports to support monitoring and/or trending of various accounts
Reviews, researches and resolves accounting system error reports
Prepares and publishes monthly and ad-hoc reports and analysis
Assists with collecting data for financial/SOX audit requests
Prepares/assists with account reconciliations and follows up on issues/questions within established time frames
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience/training
Knowledge of account reconciliations
Experience corresponding with external and internal company stakeholders
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to demonstrate experience using innovative thinking ability with high degree of motivation and problem solving skills
Ability to demonstrate self-motivation, detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of fundamental accounting, internal controls and SOX
Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Ability to be flexible/adaptable to constant change and scheduling needs to meet deadlines
Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Over one year professional experience, preferably related to invoicing.
Experience with SAP/ERP software
Advanced excel skills/experience writing Macros and using VBA lookups
