This job is a member of the Base Maintenance Team within the Integrated Operations Division. Responsible for providing clerical administration support for Maintenance Base employees.

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Develops and maintains various department reports, including weekly headcount reports
Supports all aspects of AutoTA maintenance, including time coding, shift schedules, maintain current crew lists, process overtime, shift swaps, and vacation with TWU bid lists, etc.
Maintains confidential employee files, field Trip and overtime records using MS Access database and/or Staff Admin
Provides front desk telephone coverage, including inquires
Greets and directs base employees and external visitors
Maintains office supplies inventory and initiates department supplies order when necessary
Submits transactions for computer and system access and password resets
Sorts and files data and correspondence
Interacts with all levels of management and shop employees
Type 25-49 wpm
Must be able to work shifts and weekends
Job Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalency
Office experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Knowledge of RES, DECS, Sabre, IMS, View Direct, SmAArtbuy, I-Payables and Auto TA
Ability to prioritize and organize work functions effectively
Exercise good judgement and work under time constraints with professionalism, efficiency, patience and tact
Ability to prepare correspondence and format reports
Ability to track, coordinate, and oversee several projects simultaneously with minimum supervision
Ability to maintain confidentiality including payroll information
Ability to fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or Customs security badges, if applicable
High School diploma or GED equivalency
