We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join the Terminal Support team at Edinburgh Airport Services on a 32-hour per week permanent contract
You will receive full training to support a number of different areas of the Airports operation.
Our team is made up of dedicated and multi-skilled personnel who help support thousands of people coming through the airport every day as well as delivering our day-to-day operations.

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Special Assistance: Meeting passengers who need a little extra assistance and helping them on their journey through the airport. You will support passengers with restricted mobility by pushing wheelchairs and helping them with their shopping or buying food and drink.
Customer Service Team: Assisting our passengers through the car park, check-in, security, arrivals and bag drop. You’ll be on hand to help passengers with any queries from flight information to directions.
Baggage Store: You will be loading and storing luggage, sorting loads according to their airline and destination. Loading baggage from cages onto conveyors and scanning baggage using specialist equipment this role requires attention to detail. This is a great role if you like to work in a team and in a hands on, active role.
Job Requirements
We are looking for people from all backgrounds/experiences – so if you have excellent customer service, good communications skills and are a great team player then we want to hear from you!
We want people who care about delivering a great service to our passengers and have excellent verbal communication skills.
We need people who can support a variety in daily tasks and shift patterns to support our 24/7 operation. Our shift patterns are flexible and include early morning starts (4am) and late finishes to suit our passenger needs, so we need you to be able to get to the airport for these shifts.
A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
