Job Description
In this role, you will lead a team of Customer Service professionals in delivering excellent customer service to performance standards within financial parameters. Deliver to all compliance standards to ensure a safe, secure and punctual operation. Assume full accountability for all performance standards on the station.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Airport operations at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW):
Responsible for an operating budget of 3.3M GBP cost per annum.
Responsible for the safety and security of circa 350 aircraft movements and 90K customers per annum
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred, associate degree, or equivalent, required
Airport operational experience preferred
People Management and/or Supplier Management experience prefered
Experience of working cross functionally Conflict management/crisis management
Working under pressure
Ability to work independently
Safety and security awareness
Proficient with MS Word / MS Excel / MS PowerPoint
Safety Systems
