Staff Assistant I, Airport Hub/Gateway Station Accounting
This job is a member of the Airport Hubs & Gateway Team within the Customer Experience Division The Staff Assistant I, CLT Station Accounting will be responsible for accurate and timely reconciliation of all cash and vouchers used in transactions associated with the daily operation

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage all tasks related to the daily opening and closeout of the CLT station, audit shift reports, and updates of discrepancy logs
Oversee the transactions associated with each individual flight, to include waver fees, oversold flights, vouchers, and ticket collection
Provide ongoing assistance to operational teams by distributing and maintaining required materials, processing lost & found monetary transactions, and offering assistance with general policy and procedural questions
Provide miscellaneous support to the team and station through development of spreadsheets and reports
Maintain regular station auditing files
Job Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalency
Previous office/clerical experience
Knowledge of MS Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Knowledge of policies, procedures, and corporate structure
Ability to prioritize work, be detail oriented and meet deadlines
Ability to perform in a fast - paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to be self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Ability to grasp concepts and functionality of specific software and programs
