A key premium product is our highly successful ‘meet and greet’ vehicle drop-off service, designed to enhance the travelling customer’s airport experience and we are now seeking ‘Front Desk Representatives’ to join our team.

With a base contract of zero up to 40 hours per week, your actual working hours will have to be flexible and will necessarily cover days, evenings and nights with the possibility of overtime, especially during the peak holiday season. Please do not apply unless you can give a firm commitment to working these shifts.
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
You will go the ‘extra mile’ to maintain this superlative valet-style parking service for airport customers.
Based in the front office, you will be the first and last point of contact with our parking customers, and your brief will be to ensure that the level of service provided at the beginning and the end of their airport experience is ‘easy, friendly, relaxed’, in line with the Airport’s brand.
Support the Parking Services Manager with day-to- day front desk and admin support.
Control all office supplies and stationery, correspondence, emails, diary and events, filing, archiving and other ad hoc office/admin requirements as necessary.
Provide a professional, courteous front desk/reception service for all customers, clients and visitors to the ‘Meet & Greet’ office.
Liaise with all on-site parking staff and drivers to ensure that a seamless service is provided to the airport client and their customers.
Compile and collate statistics and other MI reports as required by the Parking Services Manager.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in a reception/front of house operation in a relevant, highly customer focused sector, such as hospitality or leisure.
First class customer service skills gained in a front-line environment.
Committed, professional approach, with the ability to work flexible day, evening and night shifts, as required.
Self-motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to think and plan independently while working alone or as part of a team.
Computer literacy and a working knowledge of MS Office packages
Ability to record accurate information
Full & clean driver’s licence, Criminal Records Check and a right to work in the UK
