We are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Sales force team in Tokyo, Japan as an Administration Assistant.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Providing administration support for smooth functioning on daily basis for the team.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Perform diversified, advance and confidential administrative and a secretarial support. Handle a wide variety of situations.
In consultation with the team, generate business documentation, presentations and creation of spreadsheet preparation and distribution
Attend meetings, take notes and coordinate travel arrangements.
Respond to complaints and requests for information, interpret and explain procedures and policies pertaining to internal and external enquires.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
Minimum 2 years relevant experience is a plus point but not mandatory
Command of English language – Written and Spoken
Microsoft Office mainly with Excel and PowerPoint
Manage work under fast paced business environment
Attitude to Openness to feedback as well as passion to support.
High confidentiality management skill
Knowledge Work experience in airlines, hospitality and travel industry, especially in commercial team are definitely plus points
Fluency in English and Japanese is required and speaking Korean is strong plus
Basic knowledge on labor laws
