Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Promotes and sells air travel with American airlines, prepares itineraries, compute fares, issues refunds, prepares and issues tickets
Answer inquiries regarding general travel information
Reconcile auditors coupons with cash received, personal checks and credit card vouchers, calculate total revenue received
Must be able to accomplish personal audits
Must be able to work alone or with minimal supervision
Job Requirements
Knowledge of reservations and sabre skills
Average oral and written communication skills
Candidates must meet public contact profile
