A unique and rare opportunity to join the Customer Service (Duty) Manager Team based in Dubai, UAE.
Come and join the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific Operations family as we look to continue to rebuild our business and continue to deliver regional performance.
You will manage day to day airport operations in UAE (primarily Dubai), adapting to changes to deliver customer service standards whilst ensuring compliance with BA’s safety, security, and internal control requirements. Negotiate progressive improvement in customer facing processes through strategic and day to day liaison with suppliers.
