Job Description
Emirates is currently looking for Customer Sales and Service Professionals to join our multicultural team in Manchester UK.
The annual salary for the role starts at approximately GBP 25,000 plus
Eligibility for shift pay after approx. 3 months in the role (equating to approximately £1,500 per annum subject to shifts worked)
Eligibility to participate in the monthly focus bonus scheme after 6 months which equates to a payment of 1.5%, 3.5% or 7.5% of salary to meeting/exceeding/significantly exceeding performance targets
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Issue Emirates tickets to customers ensuring their request is met and offer them tailor made travel solutions.
Identify customer needs through rapport building, actively seeking out sales opportunities and promoting all Emirates related products.
Actively enhance Emirates revenue earnings by promoting additional services offered by the company and its partners.
Be the voice of Emirates and ensure the highest standard of customer service is delivered to Emirates customers by providing information about our products and services.
Job Requirements
A bility to work in a busy call handling / sales team environment
Fluent in English and Czech (written and spoken skills)
PC based skills to operate Windows package (Microsoft Word/Excel/E-mail).
Fluency in both English and Italian is a must.
Ability to work in a multiple shift environment.
Customer and sales orientation to provide excellent service and close any sales opportunities.
Experience in Contact Centre/Hospitality/Travel industry advantageous.

Previous Customer Service or Contact Centre experience
Excellent interpersonal, telephone and customer service skills
Good listening and communication skills.
10 Years schooling or equivalent
