Job Description
Birmingham Airport is seeking a Customer Experience Ambassador to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable journey for customers and partners. The role involves delivering excellent customer service 24/7, managing passenger flows in key terminal areas, and responding to emergency incidents. The candidate will be flexible and support the rostering requirements of the post to sustain the operational requirements of a 24/7 airport. Key objectives include maintaining and monitoring airport facilities, resolving problems, monitoring terminal facilities, and promoting the airport's corporate image.
Health and safety are also important, with the candidate responsible for responding appropriately to emergency incidents, fire safety incidents, and fire alarm activations. They will also provide first aid, CPR, and AED support to those in need. The candidate will also complete training modules to meet company health and safety standards and CAA regulations.
The role also involves treating everyone with respect, building good working relationships, sharing knowledge, and actively promoting equality and diversity. The candidate will also support the wider airport community, UKBF, and Ground Handlers in providing excellent service to joint customers.
