Kuwait Airways is recruiting for a Sales Representative - MNL in the Sales Department. The role involves promoting KAC passenger sales in the region, assisting in compiling sales information, analyzing and allocating targets, visiting clients/agents, arranging reservations, providing special booking facilities, and monitoring agents' productivity. The role also involves assisting the supervisor in compiling sales information, analyzing sales reports, collecting data, and preparing statistical reports. The role also involves visiting IATA and non-IATA Travel Agencies to promote sales and monitor their productivity. The role also assists in solving KAC agent problems and coordinating with reservation and traffic staff to provide booking facilities and special traffic handling for inclusive tours.
The role also involves contacting the Operations Department and Traffic personnel at Kuwait Station to arrange aircraft preparation, clearances, and negotiating terms and conditions for additional services. The role also provides technical assistance to KAC agents organizing inclusive tours, arranging for sight-seeing and tour guidance. Other duties include preparing special studies, answering queries, discussing complaints, and distributing promotional and seasonal give-aways.
Job Requirements
Requirements include 12 years of secondary education and 2 years of commercial training, 4 years of experience in airline ticketing and reservation, 1 year of formal training, and 2 years as a Sales Representative, and good English knowledge.
