Job Description
The Agent, Integrated Customer Services is responsible for delivering a safe and first-class airport experience to customers. The role involves providing high-quality customer service, performing airport-related duties, and supporting daily operations in check-in, security, gates, transfer, and arrival. The role also involves security functions, such as checking passengers' documents and screening them at check-in and departure gates. The Agent will also search and observe all areas of operation and passengers, escort passengers, and work closely with Lead Agents. The Agent will also perform administrative duties, represent American Airlines, promote and sell services and products, attend training, and promote safe working practices..
Job Requirements
The job requires excellent interpersonal skills, a solution-oriented approach, conflict resolution, stress management, customer focus, and adherence to company standards. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a shift environment, be reliable, punctual, and adhere to American Airlines policies. Should be fluent in English and German, have excellent customer service skills, and be willing to attend training in the USA and Europe.
Preferable qualifications include computer knowledge, prior job experience, and experience with Sabre/Qik or other reservation system skills.
