Job Description
WestJet is seeking Service and Sales Agents to join its Cargo team to be responsible for creating a memorable experience for guests through one-on-one communication, including quotes, booking cargo on WestJet and partner flights, selling add-on services, and providing information. They are often the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role as a WestJet brand ambassador. Key responsibilities include booking cargo air waybills, answering questions, providing general information about WestJet Cargo, using effective communication skills, developing a strong understanding of business rules, providing post-booking support, researching and making decisions based on available information, conducting tasks off the phone, managing escalations, and adhoc projects. The agents must be highly motivated and capable of working in an agile environment.

Job Requirements
This role requires a high school diploma, exceptional guest service skills, strong communication, and punctuality. The candidate should be self-motivated, empathetic, and passionate about supporting guests. Have intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and instant messaging. Experience in cargo sales or customer service-related capacity is an asset. The candidate should have an advanced level of written and spoken English, as well as proficiency in French, Spanish, Japanese, Cantonese, or Mandarin is strong asset. Should be able to handle high call and email volumes.
