As a cabin crew member, your primary responsibility is to ensure passenger safety and comfort during flights. Your role includes providing top-notch service to guests, ensuring an unforgettable experience, and acting as the company's ambassador. Duties include participating in flight briefings, ensuring proper onboarding, ensuring safety and comfort for passengers in different divisions, delivering qualitative service, promoting duty-free and on-board products, addressing safety issues, acting as the company ambassador, escalating customer concerns to the appropriate crew member, and fostering efficient teamwork. Your attentive and professional behavior contributes to building the company's reputation.
Job Requirements
Successful candidate must have a high school diploma, valid Belgian/EU work and residency permits, excellent communication skills, and a positive mindset. The ideal candidate should be able to reach Belgian airports within an hour, reach 210cm with arms up, have a valid EASA medical certificate, and undergo extensive in-house training. The candidate should also be able to swim fully dressed without assistance, have a professional presentation, have a clean background check, and be fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
