    ​This job is a member of the Technical Operations Team within the Integrated Operations Division. ​Responsible for supporting the department with various administrative and computer functions.

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:


    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for handling one or more of the following as their primary role:

    • Payroll coding in Work Brain and AutoTA timekeeping systems

    • Shift Bid management, Staff Admin scheduling tool

    • Employee Overtime

    • Employee Security badging, scheduling training

    • General Administrative Support to the regional Tech Ops Team

    • Shifts, holidays and weekend work schedules are utilized for this position and you must be able to work any assigned shift

    • Assist Supervisors with travel arrangements


    Job Requirements

    • High School diploma or GED equivalency

    • Moderate experience specific to department or area of expertise

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

    • Preferred Qualifications

    • Associates degree or equivalent work experience

    • Extensive experience specific to department or area of expertise

    • Independent decision-making skills

    • Ability to directly contact customers

    • Knowledge of Staff Admin, COGNOS, SharePoint, Workbrain, Autota
