Job Description
As a Customer Relations Specialist at Air Transat, you will handle customer claims, manage correspondence, send claims to suppliers, answer requests, analyze claims, investigate incidents, and submit settlement proposals. You will also follow industry regulations and company policies, respond to requests, analyze claims, and negotiate settlements, ensuring compliance with deadlines and company policies.

Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in complaint management and customer service, be bilingual, possess strong analytical and empathy skills, work well under pressure, and have good writing skills.
