Job Description
The Corporate Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for Guests and Team Members by monitoring camera surveillance systems and patrolling designated SSC areas.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
Investigate violations of corporate policies and procedures as they relate to internal theft and fraud.
When required conducts and records by way of statements investigations into security violations and incidents.
Tracks and analyzes data trends from internal and external sources that identify operational limitations, deficiencies and vulnerabilities to apply the appropriate measures to resolve and mitigate risks.
Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
Real time response to security related incidents and appropriate notifications.
Maintain security related files and records.
Enforce security compliance policies and procedures.
Monitor internal and external fraud activity.
Conduct security audits.
Provide security operational support as needed.
Provide documents in response to subpoena requests.
Conduct investigations interviews as required.
Serve as liaison with law enforcement agencies.
In-depth understanding of security measures as outlined in the AOSSP and current Security Directives.
Ability to communicate clearly both writen and orally the elements of the security programs affecting stations and operating departments within the Company.
Strong operational knowledge of Carrier’s reservation system, departure control system and Company policies and procedures.
Maintain operational security integrity with consideration to operational costs.
Understand security requirements as they affect the Company and conveys in such a manner that is clearly understood across multi-departments.
Collaborates with internal and external entities to effectively achieve positive results and build strong working relationships.
Ability to think outside the box and develop creative solutions when applying security requirements/measures to limit operational impact and cost.
Must exercise discretion at all times.
Job Requirements
Bilingual Spanish and English required.
Available 24/7 or as directed to respond to security related incidents.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a rapidly changing security environment.
