Member Services Representative, AA Credit Union Loan Processing
This job is a member of the Credit Union Team within the American Airlines Credit Union. Responsible for working directly with Loan Officers and American Airlines Credit Union members to make the lending experience the best it can be.

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy ActAnswers a high volume of calls in the Phone Loan Department
Collects data and documentation for loan applications in compliance with Credit Union policies, procedures and NCUA regulations
Inputs data in LINK loan origination system
Closes and disburses loan funds
Cross sells additional loan products
Completes electronic documents
Processes mail, faxes and emails
Maintains satisfactory performance and attendance
May work a rotating Saturday schedule
Job Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Ability to exercise excellent member and customer service skills
Possess above-average professional telephone skills
Ability to perform in a fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks and function as an integral part of a team
Above average ability to interact professionally with all employees and members
Ability to adapt well to change
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Ability to perform basic math calculations and analyze data
Ability to self-motivate with strong organization skills and capacity for attention to detail
Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines
Must pass applicable American Airlines pre-hire compliance checks
Must have an acceptable credit history, which will be verified
Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish is a plus
Previous lending experience in a credit union, bank or finance company
Previous knowledge of Synapsys, LINK and Episys systems
Previous understanding of pay statements, tax returns, vehicle purchase orders and credit reports
Previous experience in a sales-culture environment
