Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Working at Delta you'll be central to demonstrating that we understand the demands of air travel and our goal is to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
As a member of our ground crew, you'll work in an enjoyable team environment. We are currently looking to expand our customer service department.
The positions involve a variety of functions and employees are required to be familiar with all of the following work functions: Ticket Counter Representative, Gate Agent and Baggage Services Agent.
Ticket Counters/Gate Agents: In this role, you'll be responsible for checking-in passengers, guiding customers through the ticketing & reservations process, directing them to their gate and helping to ensure their bags meet them when they arrive.
Baggage service agent: In this role agents prepare delayed luggage files.

Job Requirements
Be 18 years of age or older
Be in possession of a valid Driver's License
Have Bermuda citizenship or possess proper authorization.
Demonstrate attendance reliability
Be able to lift 60 lbs including wheel chair and 'straight back assistance'
Be able to provide quality customer service
Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles
Consistently makes safety and security, or self and others, the priority
High School diploma or GED equivalent
