Charter Ramp Representative
Charter Ramp Representative (CRRs) coordinate with the charter client and ground operations personnel to ensure the non-standard weights (baggage and equipment) are loaded accurately with a focus on safety and weight and balance. CRR performs cargo bin inspections, prior to loading and after off-loading for items that do not belong or COMAT that needs to be identified on the BLR. The CRR will ensure others are working safely according to the Company’s policies and procedures..
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Confirms and verifies logistical support and acts as the flight’s ground security coordinator (GSC).
Ensures timely and accurate completion of forms.
Verifies that all information in the Trip Sheet is accurate and communicated appropriately.
Verifies training records for authorized representative are current and complete for screening.
Contacts OCC with the charter flight’s out and in times if unable to enter information directly through Company issued iPad, information to be entered is passenger count, fuel information, delay code and reason.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check and pre-employment drug screening. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Years of Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience.
Airline industry experience.
Basic computer skills.
Knowledge of general office equipment.
