Staff Assistant II, Technical Operations
This job is a member of the Technical Operation Team within the Integrated Operations Division. Responsible for supporting the department with various administrative and computer functions.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Responsible for handling one or more of the following as their primary role:
Payroll coding in Workbrain and AutoTA timekeeping systems
Employee Overtime reporting
Track LOA usage
Ipayables coding
Concur
Credit card/pCard invoicing
Employee Security badging for SIDA
Scheduling training
smAArtbuy requisitions
General Administrative Support
Job Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalency
Moderate experience specific to department or area of expertise
Must be able to type 35 WPM
Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Familiarity with RES/DECS
Independent decision making skills
Ability to directly contact customers
Knowledge of SharePoint, Workbrain, AutoTA
Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

Knowledge of MAPS, SAFE, AirVault, Work Card Management System
Independent decision making skills
Ability to directly contact customers

Associates degree or equivalent work experience
Extensive experience specific to department or area of expertise
