Delta Gift Cards is seeking a Senior Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-moving team with direct line to revenue, working across the direct-to-consumer, B2B and retail gift card sales channels. The Senior Analyst will support and execute Delta Gift Card's key growth strategies, with a focus on the B2C direct channel, increasing B2B sales volume and ensuring operational continuity of the program's omnichannel infrastructure. Direct channels include delta.com/giftcards, SkyMiles Marketplace in partnership with Loyalty team, and Delta Sky Clubs.

The position will play an integral role in championing Delta Gift Cards internally and externally to garner support, within the Delta ecosystem and beyond, to drive awareness and sales. On the operations side, the role will manage key internal and external relationships critical to scaling the business, including relationships with Marketing, Digital, platform, production and fulfillment vendors, customer service teams, financial and reporting teams, and IT. This individual will use his/her/their experience in marketing, project management, product planning, and process optimization to help grow Delta Gift Card sales, improve the efficiency of business and operational processes, and develop and maintain a best-in-class gift card program.

• Execute on the Delta Gift Card program's strategic vision to create a best-in-class gift card program

• Develop direct channel marketing, promotions, creative and product strategy, and collaborate with internal and external partners to manage through to execution. Champion product internally and externally to secure support.

• Oversee operational aspects of the program, while seeking ways to improve on the efficiency and capabilities of the systems in place. Manage inventory and production of physical and digital gift cards. Manage B2B platform, order management. and collaborate with customer support teams to handle escalations.

• Coordinate financial reporting and the execution of any external financial obligations with Delta Air Lines' Finance department

• Analyze current processes and identify key learning and insights from partners and the overall industry that can be implemented to streamline or enhance existing production methods and operational procedures

• Work on special projects or other duties as requested

• Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
