WestJet is seeking a Wellbeing Advisor to join our People and Culture office. This individual can exhibit a high standard of excellence, enjoys challenges, and is results-driven. The incumbent must be highly motivated and demonstrate the ability to work in an agile environment.
This role will support the Manager, Organizational Wellbeing in bringing mental health and wellbeing support to WestJet employees.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Support implementation of Mental Health and Wellbeing programs at WestJet with the intent to increase psychological safety in our workplace
Provide support with managing multiple projects at once including regular stakeholder updates
Leverage existing technology to ensure data integrity to support measurable metrics and reporting needs
First level of vendor management including invoice payment, addressing complex inquiries, and communication of their campaigns
Aid in coordination of training including but not limited to meeting room booking, travel arrangements, registration of participants, etc.
Manage ongoing communications strategy to ensure organizational adoption of wellbeing resources with employees, employee associations & labour partners, and all levels of leadership
Maintain and leverage key stakeholder relationships to ensure mutual accountabilities for program delivery
Keep abreast of relevant trends, best practices, and legislative changes within the industry and make the necessary innovative adjustments to our solutions or services
Job Requirements
Psychological Health & Safety Advisor Certificate
2-3 years' experience working in a corporate health and wellbeing role
Experience developing and implementing employee resource groups
Certified trainer of The Working Mind program an asset
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities & projects at once
Continuous improvement mindset
Organizational Awareness: Ability to understand the structure and culture of the organization
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent analytical, problem solving, goal orientated, and relationship building skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrate sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters
Must provide high level of customer service to internal and external guests
High degree of diplomacy and good judgment along with the ability to maintain confidentiality
