Job Description
As a Sponsorship Intern, you will learn and assist with the administration of all stages of sponsorship and marketing campaigns. Your contributions will help develop, expand and maintain our partnership marketing channels. This position will also support the Marketing team in various administrative functions.
The position will provide cross-functional support inside and outside of the organization to meet department goals of improved efficiency and revenue growth. This position is best suited for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a willingness to learn the Allegiant business priorities.
This position is set to start in May. Interns work at our Corporate Headquarters in Las Vegas, NV and offers may be subject to change based on COVID-19 state gathering requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
Perform market analysis and research.
Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
Assist in general upkeep of marketing assets related to sponsorships.
Review, analyze, and report on success of advertising activations related to sponsorships.
Develop advertising campaigns across digital, out of home, and other customer touchpoints.
Support execution of Team Member programs utilizing sponsorship assets.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986.
Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
To be qualified to apply, intern candidates should be currently enrolled in a College or University, or a recent graduate within the last six months with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Solid understanding of different marketing practices and techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office programs (emphasis in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.).
Passion for the marketing profession and its best practices.
Knowledge of all general office equipment, e.g. computer, fax, printer, copier, scanner, multi-line phone system, and calculator Sound multi-tasking and self-organization capabilities within tight timelines.
Strong attention to detail while being results and solution driven.
History of working independently with little direction.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive working relationships.
Must demonstrate a positive and polished Customer Service demeanor to all internal and external partners.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays..
Excellent skills in time management, task prioritization, upstream and downstream communication.
Team player willing to contribute to a collaborative environment.
Understanding of Sports Marketing.
Analytical skills capable of spotting trends, and identifying anomalies.
