Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to partner with the Employee Relations teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Work to support Employee Relations and Ask HR team, ensuring policies are updated on the Company’s intranet.
Revamp HR Pro site leveraging the ServiceNow platform to increase employee / manager self-service through more standard, simpler policies and easier access to information on policies
Assist with focus groups to determine tools/information that is most beneficial to assist Field HRMs
Assist with focus groups to determine which polices have a priority with being re-reviewed/updated
Support strategic reporting needs for ER COE by partnering with the HRSD ServiceNow team and OAP to develop recurring monthly dashboards and adhoc reports as needed for HR and Divisional leaders
Monitor the effectiveness of policies and procedures in order to inform and continuously improve training capability and strategy
Assist with the development of policy strategy at Delta Air Lines by benchmarking policy best practices
Ensure HR Onboarding materials are up-to-date with current policies
Assist with leading cross divisional/department projects for the ER COE and/or acting as the ER COE stakeholder as needed
Act as thought leader in the creation of a ServiceNow policy knowledge mgt platform
Work with HRBPs and leaders within HR to provide and maintain a consolidated set of HR policies and procedures that are easily accessible to employees and reinforce desired outcomes
Partner with HR stakeholders, divisional employee engagement groups and Delta Board Council to setup proactive feedback loop mechanisms that will provide a measure of eNPS
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 to 7 years of product and/or project management experience
Experience in human resources
Systems implementation experience
Experience working in a technology and/or services intensive business (preferred)
Ability to effectively apply policies and make effective recommendations in ambiguous situations
Demonstrated knowledge of federal/state employment laws and a solid understanding of general HR practices, laws and regulation
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills required
Strong analysis and decision-making skills required
Strong organizational skills
Ability to listen and understand information and communicate the same
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is required

BA/BS in organizational development, human resources or similar field
HRIS experience preferred
