    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Accurate & Timely Responses: Resolve all customer concerns by thoroughly researching and providing accurate and well written responses.

    • Analyze trends: Track common issues received and determine potential solutions. Coordinate with management on reporting and correcting bugs.

    Job Requirements

    • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

    • 5-7 years's experience.

    • Annual FAA Certification-Controlled Substance & Alcohol Reasonable Suspicion Training

    • Current and valid driver's licence.
