Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Accurate & Timely Responses: Resolve all customer concerns by thoroughly researching and providing accurate and well written responses.
Analyze trends: Track common issues received and determine potential solutions. Coordinate with management on reporting and correcting bugs.
Job Requirements
Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
5-7 years's experience.
Annual FAA Certification-Controlled Substance & Alcohol Reasonable Suspicion Training
Current and valid driver's licence.
