Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Design, develop, implement and evaluate training programs
Create/edit multimedia using Articulate
Create/edit videos using Camtasia/Vyond
Maintain training programs
Test WBTs/videos on Citrix (WFH)/International/Domestic platforms
Conduct beta and train-the-trainer sessions
Partner with various workgroups to create a learning strategy that supports a diverse learning community while improving performance
Maintain current instructional design and industry trends and research
Update and maintain various reports and assist with Share Point duties
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience
1 year of Reservations experience
1 year of technical writing experience applying training methodologies
Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
Strong interpersonal skills; highly approachable and professional at all times
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and efficiently ensuring that deadlines are met
Acute attention to detail
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Master's degree in relevant field
2 years’ experience of technical writing applying instructional design to performance-based training
Experience in developing appropriate instructional curriculum that produces desired learning outcomes
