The reservations learning strategy team is looking for highly motivated, creative, collaborative individuals with a strong business acumen to help us build the learning organization of the future and drive performance for our Domestic and International Contact Centers.
Example projects include
On boarding process to include cutting edge technology and blended learning techniques.
Developing a digital learning strategy and building a long-term learning technology road map and investment plan
Develop and deliver divisional leadership development solutions to align with Delta’s enterprise leadership behaviors at all levels
Generating analysis to identify strengths and opportunities within the existing learning program
Performance bench marking, Career Progression and Developmental planning
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Drive employee engagement through a positive on boarding experience and by creating ongoing learning and development opportunities at all career stages and levels
Act as a business consultant to develop solutions to close skill gaps. Where appropriate, leverage existing programs and processes and collaborate with broader field support team to drive new and innovative solutions to address skill gaps, i.e. curating learning journeys and building learning pathways.
Influence the design of interactive and action-oriented learning that embeds performance support and increase knowledge retention
Manage projects requiring cross-functional input from strategy, finance, technology, field leader, and reservations specialists
Conduct performance analysis to measure learning impact on reservations KPIs and employee engagement
Develop and curate learning plans that support performance development
Embed diversity and inclusion practices into all learning programs to increase employee engagement
Consults across team and business to diagnose problems and provide cost effective solutions that meet business needs.
Generate and incorporate insights into a cohesive story that clearly addresses business questions.

High school diploma, GED or High School Equivalency
3 - 5 years of talent management and succession experience, including but not limited to talent review and succession planning implementation, talent pipeline development, and performance management.
Working knowledge of the following HR/OD/OE processes: talent acquisition, retention, learning & development, competency modeling, coaching and mentoring.
Ideally time spent in a Business Partnering or Center of Expertise (CoE) role.
Understands the principles of assessment, program design, delivery and development of metrics in large complex organizations.
Program and project management experience with advanced communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to influence and achieve win-win solutions.
Analytical adeptness with the ability to draw insights from data coupled with a strong business acumen approach to strategies and solutions.
Advanced Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Must be performing satisfactorily in current position (if transferring internally)
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or five plus years of relevant experience; Master’s in Human Resources, Organization Effectiveness/Development, Talent Management, Business, or related field of study will set you apart.
