The Market Research Co-Op will provide support to the Consumer Insight team by conducting market research and data analysis to support Experience Market Research primarily and Consumer & Brand Insight on need basis. The individual must be detail-oriented and produce accurate and timely results that yield strategic insight from consumer behavior. Individual should be able to work independently, ensuring work is completed on time and to the highest standards.

The Market Research Co-Op responsibilities will include project and questionnaire design through to final analysis and delivery of results.

Duties and Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate students in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Psychology or related field in a 4-year degree program

• Must be available for three alternating semesters

• Comfortable analyzing data; experience with survey design and analysis preferred

• Experience in deck writing / presentations, project coordination and data analysis communications

• Excellent written / verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to prioritize and pivot for unexpected deliverables or needs

• Candidate is team oriented and highly supportive of continuous improvement methodologies

• Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills are essential

• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel; knowledge of survey creation tools such as Qualtrics preferred

• Willingness/ability to learn new skills is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to analyze data and information and succinctly explain what can be learned from the analysis and how it can support decision making

• Ability to develop effective presentations and documents that help explain a need, the analysis and the findings and recommendations to leaders in an efficient and effective manner
