Intern, Loyalty
The Marketing Intern – Loyalty, will support the administration of the Co-Brand and Loyalty programs at Frontier. Day to day work will include working on various marketing, training and support tasks for the Frontier Airlines Mastercard, Frontier Miles and Discount Den loyalty products.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Support and maintain accurate stock counts of Co-brand sales support items including applications and pens, in addition dispatch weekly shipments to Inflight Bases.
Assist in weekly reporting and tracking of the loyalty programs performance and identify any areas of opportunity.
Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and creative teams in the support of Frontier’s Loyalty initiatives.
Support promotional asset review and relationship management with partners.
Other Functions
May be required to work on or assist with broader organizational campaigns or projects as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks associated with inflight sales training and flight attendant support.
Job Requirements
Must be enrolled currently, or a graduate of an appropriate public relations, communications or marketing program.
Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for escorted assess privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA).
Working knowledge of Windows/PC based computers, and Microsoft Office product skills including Excel.
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Confidence in public speaking and group engagement
Ability to meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced, changing environment
Must exercise sound business judgment and handle confidential information with sensitivity
Must be a team player with ability to work on several projects at a time
