Analyst, IOC Schedule Time and Attendance
This job is a member of the IOC Team within the Integrated Operations Division. Responsible for ensuring all other time-keeping duties such as accuracy of payroll are in compliance with associated labor agreements and employee payroll guidance.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Creates and administers dispatcher, load planning, and analyst schedules
Oversees floating holidays/tracking/refunds
Administers PTR New Hire/Removals/RTW/Pay/Change of positions
Administers LOA/Administrator/Tracking for Weight and Balance, Dispatch Operations, FPS and CCRO
Ensures employee diversity policy is recognized and followed
Administers PPC process
Administers attendance control
Coordinates Family Leave
Maintains FileMaker Pro databases uses for manning, overtime tracking, and discrepancy reporting
Coordinates RIF and recall
Job Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalency
Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Ability to be analytical
Ability to type 50 w.p.m.
Ability to be highly motivated
Ability to demonstrate initiative, reliability, and flexibility
Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and /or US Customs security badges
Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA)
Bachelor's degree in related field
