    Job Description

    The Coordinator provides daily coverage at the Orlando Support Center (OSC) ID/Badging office. The Coordinator assists all Crewmembers and Business Partners with the renewal of their JetBlue ID. The Coordinator will also be responsible in overseeing new hire orientations. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible to monitor and address tickets within the SNOW (Service Now) system.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Processing JetBlue ID media requests, while also updating crewmember profiles within our credential system.

    • Administrate our global CCTV & card access system, including account creation & clearance modification.

    • Triage & address any open security system service tickets within our SNOW (Service Now) system.

    • Oversee security needs for new hire orientations in our Orlando Support Center facility.

    • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot badge printer and related equipment.

    • All other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements

    • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma

    • One (1) year experience in a technology related role or similar role

    • Able to answer telephone calls and personal interactions in a polite and professional manner

    • Complete fluency in written and spoken English

    • Must be able to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends

    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

    • Available for occasional overnight travel (25%)

    • Must be able to acquire and maintain a valid Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Badge   

    • Depending on location, may need to acquire and maintain a United States Customs Clearance  

    • Pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test

    • Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located

    • Preferred Experience and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline

    • Three (3) years’ experience in a technology related role or similar role

    • One (1) year of experience in law enforcement, corporate security and/or Military Experience

    • Must be able to operate computer proficiently, to use security system programs and email

    • Experience with CCTV, Access control, ID media badging systems, Visitor Management Software

    • Knowledge of MS SharePoint, Excel, CCURE and Office

    • Bilingual (Spanish)

    • Experience with operating and maintaining a badge printer.
