Description
The Lounge Hospitality Host plays a vital role in ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for guests. Responsibilities include coordinating the setup of food and beverage stations, maintaining cleanliness throughout the lounge, and managing inventory levels. The host prepares, arranges, and heats food to safe serving temperatures, ensuring a well-stocked self-service area. They maintain a clean and tidy environment by wiping up spills, clearing tables, removing trash, and washing service equipment. Additionally, they package unused food, clean and maintain food service equipment, and support concierges with tasks like cleaning up and serving beverages, including alcoholic drinks. The Lounge Hospitality Host also interacts with guests, greeting them, answering questions, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Starting Pay: $20.72 per hour

Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years old. Additionally, must be authorized to work in the U.S. and effectively communicate in English.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional guest service skills, including effective communication, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to answer questions. Should also be highly organized and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment is crucial, so adherence to sanitation protocols is essential.
Physically, the role requires the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Finally, candidates must obtain a State Food Handlers Certification.
