Representative, Contract Administration
This job is a member of the Contracts Administration Team within the Integrated Operations Division. Responsible for maintaining all aspects of movement for International Association of Machinists (IAM) mechanic and related employees as governed by the IAM Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and acts as liaison with HR, Payroll, Labor Relations as necessary. .

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Administers all employee aspects in accordance with Corporate Policy and IAM contractual requirements
Maintains IAM Headcount at authorized budgeted levels in all departments
Bid and Award IAM positions as governed by the CBA
Verifies all qualification requirements for each position prior to award
Administers all contractual movement, system wide, for the IAM, including abolishment, furloughs, recalls, voluntary separations, vacancies and transfers
Administers Employee Central (EC) procedure for all Retirements, Resignations and Terminations
Administers Leave of Absence procedure for all IAM employees
Processes all new hires into Maintenance Administration system and verify loaded information in EC and Workbrain
Job Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalency
Experience with Main Frame applications such as TPXB / CICSP / TSO / VDUSAR
Experience handling personnel and administrative functions
Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with the IAM Labor Agreement and Maintenance Administration procedures
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
Good attendance Record / Must be flexible and adaptable to change
Must be performing satisfactorily in current position
Must be able to handle multiple projects
