Job Description
The Receptionist is responsible for directing Orlando Support Campus guests (OSC), in person, over the telephone, and or through e-mail, to the appropriate areas throughout the Orlando Support Campus. In addition, the Receptionist supports all OSC based departments to ensure overall support is delivered to all of the OSC Customers.
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Greet and direct all incoming visitors to the appropriate meeting locations throughout the Orlando Support Campus
Answer the corporate telephone line for the Orlando Support Campus
Support customers with booking and tracking meeting space as needed
Maintain common student “public” areas and ensure a neat and clean environment
Support the Training Sales team customers by gathering customer information, verifying required documentation, processing and tracking said information.
Support other OSC departments as approved by Crewleader
Support the Transportation operation with instructional guidance when needed
Support new hire orientation experience tasks as assigned
Perform various administrative tasks including, but not limited to copying, filing, faxing, etc.
Develops and maintains manuals for respective role and review on an annual basis
All other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
One (1) years customer service/sales experience
Able to operate a switchboard with a minimum of twelve (12) telephone lines
Able to read, write, and speak English fluently and clearly
Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Clerical experience within a corporate or professional office
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Able to work in a fast paced team environment and demonstrate flexibility
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks
