    Staff Assistant II, Technical Operations

    ​This job is a member of the Technical Operation Team within the Integrated Operations Division. Responsible for supporting the department with various administrative and computer functions.

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for handling one or more of the following as their primary role:

    • Payroll coding in Work Brain and AutoTA timekeeping systems

    • Shift Bid management, Staff Admin scheduling tool

    • Scans and reviews all aircraft work-packs for accuracy and signatures

    • Employee Overtime

    • Employee Security badging, scheduling training

    • General Administrative Support to the regional Tech Ops Team

    • Shifts, holidays and weekend work schedules are utilized for this position

    Job Requirements

    • High School diploma or GED equivalency

    • Moderate experience specific to department or area of expertise

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc

    • Familiarity with RES/DECS

    • Knowledge of MAPS, SAFE, AirVault, Work Card Management System

    • Independent decision-making skills

    • Ability to directly contact customers

    • Knowledge of Staff Admin, COGNOS, SharePoint, Workbrain, Autota

    • Preferred Qualifications

    • Associates degree or equivalent work experience

    • Extensive experience specific to department or area of expertise
