Salary: £27,642 + shift pay

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the airside workforce on a shift basis.
Be responsible for the allocation of work, tasks and equipment to ensure all activities are delivered within SLA's in line with system prioritsation.
Make unsupervised operational, and commercial decisions to achieve KPI's, and consistently deliver for our customers.
Job Requirements
Excellent customer service skills
A resilient approach and a knack for thinking constructively to find practical solutions.
The ability to work early, late or night shifts covering 24 hours a day, all year round.
Excellent communication skills and a good standard of written and spoken English.
Previous supervisory skills.
