Job Description
Emirates is hiring a Customer Sales & Service Agent in Paris, France to ensure high-quality customer service and support for their Paris-based operations. The role will involve providing customer information on fares, online ticket sales, and promoting Emirates products. The agent will identify customer needs through rapport building, seek sales opportunities, and promote Emirates products. They will issue tickets incorporating airline rules and regulations, highlighting legal requirements for travel, such as passport, visa, and health requirements. The agent will also enhance Emirates revenue earnings by offering options for Skywards membership, DBB, Dubai stopovers, hotel bookings, and upgraded fares.
They will support Travel Agents and direct customers in the back office, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail. The agent will actively suggest new ideas and recommendations for improving service, increasing revenue and Emirates' market leadership. They will also keep up with Emirates Group news and updates, ensure ticket documentation is filed, and support the Customer Sales & Service Team Leader in closing end-of-day sales and banking monies received.
Job Requirements
A minimum of two years of airline industry experience is required, with expertise in reservations and ticketing. PC skills are required, along with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Standard fares and ticketing courses, Skywards, and MARS reservations systems are preferred. Fluency in French and English is required. Applicants must have legal rights to live and work in France, and the company cannot assist with work permits.
