    Job Description

    Qatar Airways is seeking a Lounge Services Duty Supervisor in Singapore to assist in the day-to-day operation and services of the lounge. The candidate will report any issues that may lead to dissatisfaction to management and resolve them promptly. The role involves liaising with airport ground services, local airport authorities, and service providers to ensure a high-quality customer service experience. The candidate will also manage conflict resolution and facilitate service recovery situations with customers. They will also manage passenger data, provide daily reports on lounge usage, evaluate services, order suppliers, provide occupational health and safety assistance, supervise product and service quality, assess customer complaints, create preventative measures, and perform other departmental duties as directed by the Head of the Department. The role will also involve ensuring the lounge's operations adhere to standard operating procedures and QR standards.

    Job Requirements

    To be considered for this role, candidates must have a high school qualification and at least 3 years of experience. Must be able to delegate work, manage workflow, and foster teamwork. Must demonstrate effective communication, make decisions independently, and be customer-oriented. Must also have and be able to live and work in Singapore.
