Job Description
In this role, the incumbent shall undertake, monitor and follow-up on administrative duties related to the commercial, ground-handling, and other departments of the organization. The incumbent, in coordination with Human Resources, Finance, IT, and other relevant stakeholders, shall ensure the smooth functioning of the Frankfurt office by completing administrative tasks.
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate cissues for all departments of the organization - including any office moves within the departments - with the relevant stakeholders in the Frankfurt station.
Handle customer and administrative complaints in accordance with EU regulations.
Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms.
Assist in the preparation of reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Liaise with Executive Secretary to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Other duties as necessary.
Job Requirements
Education in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years administrative experience.
Experience in the airline environment is a plus.
Proficiency in office applications including Excel, Word, Presentations, Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English and German language skills. Arabic is a plus.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Candidate must be based in Germany.
