As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Cargo Sales Team in Frankfurt as a Cargo Sales Executive. The role includes:
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Generating maximum cargo sales in order to meet or exceed annual set revenue targets for stations by quoting ad hoc shipments to cargo agents, telesales and promotional activities.
Assisting customers and clients with all information related to booking, forwarding, delivering, liaising with local teams, Ground Handling Agents and with Head Office Cargo department to ensure and enhance service provided by QR.
Distributing QR promotional items, circulars, memos and announcements to agents and freight forwarders to provide information on QR products & services.
Maintaining a close coordination between QR Space Control and customers by ensuring their shipments are transferred, delivered on time, correct priority given to shipments and for maximum utilization of space on the aircraft.
Preparing weekly / monthly reports for sales achieved at stations and handover to responsible person.
Leading the ad hoc sales team in FRA
Supporting the optimization of internal processes
Job Requirements
Minimum of a High School Qualification with minimum 5 years of job-related experience
Working knowledge of IATA/TACT and Dangerous Goods Regulations, Cargo Marketing and Basic rating
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Fluent in written and spoken in English
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Have the current legal right to live and work in Europe
