Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Provides friendly services to and maintains positive relationships with all Internal and External Customers.
Manages the overall operation of the office and provides support to Technical Operations Leadership by setting appointments, arranging meetings, purchasing all supplies and equipment.
Maintains calendars, make travel arrangements and handles travel reimbursements.
Issues and audits accountable documents and reconciles Purchase Card transactions.
Provides oversight for departmental budget-related activities, reconciling and/or ensuring budgetary compliance.
Plans, organizes events and prioritizes workflow to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Updates databases, organizes files and records, drafts and proofs correspondence, reports presentations and other documents.
Compiles data and prepares reports.
Coordinates and supervises volunteers to execute all Team meetings and functions.
Liaison between Technical Operations and various Departments.
Complies with special projects or directives as set forth from time-to-time by the Senior and/or Directors.
Responsible for handling all Employee paperwork (i.e. PRF's Job Description and Promotions).
Operates PC equipment, utilizing word processing and spreadsheet software.
Operates copy machine, Fax equipment, and other standard office equipment.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
College course work or degree an asset.
2 years administrative or equivalent business work experience required.
Previous airline industry experience preferred.
Ability to type and/or use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job.
Must be able to communicate effectively using oral and written communication.
Must be able to master several PC software packages.
Must be able to operate multiline telephone with courtesy and sufficient speed.
Must be able to read documents, follow instructions, learn and understand office procedures.
Must be able to perform mathematical computations.
Must possess excellent organizational skills.
Excellent memory and ability to function well under stress with minimal supervision and/or assistance.
Must demonstrate an extremely high regard for confidential and sensitive information.
Must function as a team player.
Must be able to effectively communicate verbally--by telephone and in person.
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by start date to comply with Executive Order 14042, which requires employees of federal contractors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
