    Job Description

    You will provide positive and detailed administrative support to all members of the Cabin Services Management team with a range of administrative tasks including monitoring and processing flight reports, responding to email queries sent to the team shared mailbox and ensuring any requests for information and base supplies are fulfilled promptly. Supporting the Cabin Services Coordinator with new Cabin Crew Training course enquiries, payments and administration of course allocation and training materials.

    Job Requirements

    • The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience in a busy office, where deadlines were part of the day to day business. You should be competent in IT including Word and Excel and have the ability to learn new systems quickly. You will also assist in the production of a regular newsletter so creativity and previous design experience plus familiarity with Microsoft Publisher would be desirable. You will have a proactive, organised and structured approach to work, with the confidence to communicate across all levels of the Cabin Services team. .
